My Property Was Sold at the Tax Delinquent Sale
My property was sold at the tax delinquent sale. Does that mean I have no rights to to the property? And if I do, what are they?
You still have all your original rights to your property for the first year after the tax delinquent sale.
The issue that you have to work through is paying back your delinquent tax bill plus the interest. In some jurisdictions it can be as much as 12% of the total sale price at the tax sale.
And if you don’t have the funds to pay off the taxes, the second option is to sell the property. These types of sales can be difficult if you are not knowledgeable about Tax Delinquent sales.
Don’t worry though—we are knowledgeable about this and have helped others pay off the back taxes and all fees from the sale. And, they were still able to walk away with some cash in their pocket! Our goal is to assist people in getting out of binds due to property issues and help them move on with their lives.
